Creating Her Own Version of an Empire
Britni came into coaching as a successful solo interior designer who was feeling the crunch of trying to do it all herself. She couldn’t see a way to increase her income the way her business was currently running.
She was also been inspired by the empire Joanna Gaines had built. One where she had a greater impact on the community around her beyond just interior design services.
Our work went beyond simply expanding and hiring. She learned to trust her intuition in guiding her business decisions, uncovered the beliefs keeping her limited to her current vision, and began building her business structure on the future business she wanted to grow into.
She started building the team and capacity to support her vision. She eventually purchased a contracting business, expanding into a design and construction company that is now capable of taking clients through full remodeling projects.
She didn’t follow someone else’s roadmap. She followed her vision, and built her own unique version of her empire.
Eased off over December still booked out the next three months
Kate came into coaching with a lot of fear around being visible with her true purpose, trusting herself, and fully owning the work she wanted to be known for. As that shifted, so did the way she showed up in her business.
In just a few weeks, during a deliberately slower December, she booked out the entire first quarter.
