If you believe that you are a problem solver that can find solutions, you will keep going on a challenge until you eventually do discover the solution. However, if you believe that life is hard and some things just won’t change, you will be stopped when new challenges arrive. It becomes proof of your belief that life is hard, rather than an obstacle that you need to grow to overcome.
The fantastic thing is that you can change your mindset. In fact, there are a variety of ways that you can change your mindset.
Internal Change for Mindset Growth
The first step is always awareness of where you want to change. Start by making the decision to change, and choosing the new belief that you want to have. Repetition and implementation of the new belief will cause it to become a habit of thought, and therefore direction your actions moving forward. Repeating your new belief in the moment will encourage you to act on it, and when acting on it produces new results, it proves to you that it is possible.
External Change for Mindset Growth
Mindset can actually be changed by the help of others as well.
Accountability is one of the main pillars of creating change. Whether that’s having an accountability buddy for working out, a lifestyle and diet change, or in business to reach your goals. When you are in the moment of making a decision, you can lean on your support system to help you reinforce the change that you want to make; i.e. going to the gym even though it’s raining, not eating that donut, etc.
Rewiring the brain is another option. Neuroplasticity is the tendency of the brain to reshape itself over time. The well-worn neural pathways in your brain dictate your habits. There are several modalities that work to adjust these paths and I specifically work with NLP and Theta Healing. Other options include EFT tapping, hypnotherapy, neurofeedback, and more.

Reprogramming the brain can be an instantaneous process where the mind and the body work together. With NLP (neuro linguistic programming), I utilize the senses to lock new beliefs and resources into your body, based on current or past experiences. The other process I love is ThetaHealing®. I actually studied ThetaHealing® for my own personal use; to use it in reprogramming myself and my own brain as a business owner. The ease of the process, and the immediate results, make it an invaluable tool. I’ll actually wake up some mornings and spend just 2-3 minutes testing my beliefs and then downloading and replacing the limiting beliefs with ones that I want to face the day.

How Mindset Coaching Can Help in Your Business
Every thought and action is based on your mindset and beliefs in the world and about yourself. If you believe that you have to work hard to be successful, well then, that’s exactly how you will play out your life. You overcommit, you are doing all the time, rather than allowing space to be and to receive to get results.
When there feels like there are just too many tasks in the day, you push yourself through all of them to get them done.
